At small steps to wellbeing we support individuals across the life span, with a focus on young people and working age adults.
 
Alongside supporting individuals experiencing significant psychological distress  we also offer family interventions to support the significant others of service users who present in crisis.
 
We work with a variety of presentations including:
  • Physical health conditions
  • Complex, severe and enduring mental health difficulties
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
 
This includes a range of presenting problems and needs including;

  • Self-harm
  • Challenging behaviour
  • Cognitive impairment/brain injury
  • Interpersonal problems
